Important Notification: Access to view levy/grant information

Registered Skills Development Facilitators have been granted authorisation to view the levies and grants summaries of organisation/s linked to their profile.  This will enable SDFs to track levy payments made by their organisation/s to the FP&M SETA via SARS and will also enable them to keep record of mandatory grant payments made to organisation/s linked to their profiles. For instructions, click here.

In order to enhance the processing of mandatory grant payments, SDFs are requested to:

  • Verify their personal details and update these where necessary;
  • Verify the details of the organisation/s linked to their profile and update the details where necessary; and
  • Add additional contact person/s for the organisations (employed by the organisation).

SDFs with a Primary SDF Profile are also requested to:

  • Verify / add / edit their organisation/s’ banking details – it is important that Primary SDFs capture the banking details onto the Indicium system and that the banking details correspond with the banking details that were uploaded to the system during the WSP submission process. Assisting the SETA with this important task will expedite the mandatory grant payment processes.
